The HPS Fashion Club

We maintain an exclusive targeted fashion club for our clients which ensures you are the first to know when luxury fashion lines are launched, rare items are up for sale, or pieces that fulfil a collector’s dream become available. Our season monitors alerts you about trending colours and fashion style.

 

How to order

If you spot a Hermes product or other luxury item you would like added to your collection, simply send us a picture or a request to source the product. A Hays personal shopper will source the product and notify you when it’s available.

Ordering off the Site

Pictures on our site are to guide and not in stock. Please refer to “How to Order” to place an order.

Cancelling an order after it has been sourced

Luxury items are always keepers. If you would however like to cancel an order for any reason, please note that only orders for brands other than Hermes can be cancelled after purchase.

Cancellations incur a loss of the service charge and delivery fee. Your personal shopper will advise you on the timelines, and other terms and conditions attached to your order. You may also refer to the refunds and returns policies of the retailer for your luxury item.

Unfortunately, there can be no cancellation of orders for Hermes Bags and items purchased at a discount owing to the sensitivity.

Payments

All payments are by bank transfer to our specified accounts. Payment details including cost of product and service charge will be included in your notice of product availability

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the globe within 2-7 business days from the date of payment. If your product cannot be delivered within this timeframe you will be notified early. HPS utilizes the services of only trusted courier service providers and insures the delivery process. You may specify your preferred courier service.

Tracking, Duties and Taxes

You can track your product through the code provided by your personal shopper. Please note that all shipping is FOB Shipping Point. As with all luxury goods, all duties and taxes will be borne by you.

The CITES Export Licence

If delivery is to a destination outside the European Union, and your requested product is made of the skin of an animal listed in the CITES Appendices, you may require a CITES Export License to have your product shipped. If this is the case, it will be included in the notification from your personal shopper.
